Our Commitment to Accessibility

At B2C, we believe everyone in our community should be able to access and use our website — regardless of ability, device, or how they navigate the online world. That includes people living with disabilities, those using assistive technologies, and anyone who just finds some websites harder to use than they should be.

We're working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard — a widely recognised benchmark for digital accessibility. We see this not as a box to tick, but as an ongoing practice of making our digital home as welcoming as possible.

What we've done so far

Here are some of the steps we've taken to make our site more accessible:

  • Responsive design — our site adapts to any screen size, whether you're on a phone, tablet, or desktop.

  • Adjustable text — you can change font size and spacing through your browser settings, or use the GetWCAG widget on our site.

  • Colour and contrast options — the widget offers high-contrast, colour-inversion and monochrome modes for easier reading.

  • Keyboard navigation — every interactive element on our site can be reached and operated using the Tab key, so you don't need a mouse to get around.

  • Skip to main content — we've placed shortcut links on key pages so you can jump straight to what matters.

  • Clear, readable content — we use meaningful headings, plain language, and lists to make our content easy to scan and understand.

  • Image descriptions — informative images include alt text so screen readers can describe them. Decorative images may have empty alt attributes.

  • Descriptive buttons and links — we label things clearly so you always know where a link or button will take you.

  • Screen reader support — we provide links to free screen-reader extensions (like Read Aloud) for anyone who prefers to use their own assistive tool.

Where we're still working on things

We see this work as constant and evolving, and there are a few areas where you might still run into difficulty:

  • Third-party tools and plugins — some features on our site are powered by external platforms that we can't fully modify, and their accessibility may not match our standards. We do our best to choose partners who share our commitment, but it's not always possible.

  • Downloadable files — some documents like PDFs may not have been fully tested for accessibility. We're working through these over time.

  • Video and audio content — not all of our media may have captions or transcripts available yet. This is something we're actively improving.

If something isn't working for you, please let us know so we can fix it.

Tell us how we're doing

If you come across anything on our site that's hard to access, difficult to read, or just plain frustrating — we want to hear about it. Your feedback helps us make things better, not just for you but for everyone in our community.
